Elementary Schools

Hello, my name is Lisa, and I am the school nurse at Fenner Elementary School!

First, I would like to let you know a little bit about me. I have been a Registered Professional Nurse for over 25 years, and I am currently in my 15th year of being a school nurse. My first 11 years I worked at Westfield Hospital as a Med-Surg Nurse. Throughout my nursing career, I have worked in a prison, a cardiology office and a clinic.

• If you have problems with insurance or do not have any insurance, you can call THE CHAUTAUQUA CENTER, located at 107 Institute St Jamestown, NY @ 484-4334. They care for children and adults and provide physical exams, immunizations and dental exams.
